HENDERSON MANAGEMENT CHANGES

A year ago, an announcement and press release went out that Jon Sievert was promoted to President of Work Truck Solutions (WTS) for Douglas Dynamics, our parent company. Since that time, Jon has also continued as President of Henderson. To help us focus on partnering with you to achieve long term continued success, we are excited to announce that Todd Fierro has joined Henderson Products as our new President. Jon will continue in his role as President of WTS and Todd will report to Jon.

Todd Fierro comes to Henderson with broad experiences at Ford Motor Company, Oshkosh Corporation, and most recently Spartan Motors—Fire and Emergency Division. Todd earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Wayne State University. He will be relocating with his wife, Jennifer to the Cedar Rapids/Marion area from Omaha, Nebraska once the COVID-19 challenges will allow. Todd’s office will be based at the Manchester, IA manufacturing facility. Todd will focus on the continuation of building an organization to leverage our competitive advantages with Industry Leading Lead Time, World Class Quality and providing Total Solutions to our customers, all focused on Keeping America’s Roads Safe! Todd looks forward to meeting with our customers as soon as operations return to some normalcy.

Also, Henderson welcomes as our new Vice President of Sales, Mike Peterson. As the VP of Sales, Mike will be focused on ensuring we are identifying customer needs and collaborating internally on how we can best collectively address those needs. He has held several sales leadership positions within Auto Truck Group, Volkswagen Fleet Sales, and Enterprise Fleet Management. Mike has excelled in developing account management and sales departments while focusing on servicing the customer and driving business forward. He will be based in our Huntley, IL installation facility and report to Todd Fierro. We look forward to Mike applying this experience to his role at Henderson Products.

Glenn Beck has transitioned into our new role as Vice President of Key Accounts. He will be responsible for assigned customer/distribution accounts as well as overall sales of our BrineXtreme product line. Glenn has been with Henderson for over 20 years, and his product knowledge, sales and customer support experience allows for continued service to our municipal and dealer markets. He continues to be based out of our Manchester, IA manufacturing facility and will report to Todd Fierro.
